Demo: in a team chat about a Friday deploy, someone types /meme, the /meme picker opens, they search “scream”, and a screaming-horse sticker lands in the conversation.
A binder full of perfect reactions.
Every one of them a /name away, in whatever app you're in.

Your memes, finally in one place — and everywhere you chat.
/meme lives on your computer, next to every app you talk in. No browser tab, no sign-in, no hunting through your downloads folder.
1
Collect
Paste a link from Reddit, X, Giphy, Tenor, Imgur or Discord — or copy anything and press Ctrl Shift Alt S from any app.
2
Curate
Name it, tag it, file it in binders. Search finds it by name, tag, person or kind — #monday gif means what it says.
3
Drop it anywhere
Type /meme in Teams, Slack, Discord, email — anything. Pick, press Enter, and it lands where you were typing.
4
Make it say it
Turn any picture, GIF or sticker into a template, then type fresh words every time you send it.
Better than copy and paste
GIFs that still move when they land.
Copying a GIF from a browser pastes a still picture. /meme hands chat apps the actual file — so the animation survives, videos arrive as videos, and stickers keep their edges.
- Type a trigger, anywhere. /meme opens the picker over whatever app you're in, then erases itself when your meme drops in.
- Or drag it. Drag any meme straight out of /meme into a chat, an email or a doc.
- Fill in the words on the way. /fine me watching prod | this is fine + Enter captions a template and sends it in one go.
/meme studio
Where old memes get new life, and new ones are born.
A proper layered editor, built for memes rather than photographs.
- Layers of everything. Pictures, GIFs, videos, text, shapes and drawing — with blend modes, opacity, and handles to move, scale and rotate.
- Every meme look. Impact captions, speech bubbles, subtitles; deep fried, cursed, B&W and pixelated; one-click background removal and sticker edges.
- Classic formats ready to fill. Two-choice, before/after, galaxy brain, four-panel — drop memes into the panels and caption them.
- Make templates for everyone. Mark which text gets filled in each time, save, and your whole team can send it with their own words.

Coming from stick.my?
/meme is built on stick.my. Import your stickers, templates and collections in one go — shared collections can carry on as shared binders, so the team's repository comes with you.

Free. Windows 10 and 11. Your library stays on your computer.
Version 0.1.3. Windows may say it “protected your PC” the first time, because this early build isn't code-signed yet — choose More info → Run anyway.
After installing, press Ctrl Shift Space or type /meme anywhere to open the picker.
Questions
Good to know
Do I need an account?
No. /meme works entirely on your computer. If you share or join a binder, your copy of the app gets an identity automatically — you just pick the name friends will see.
Where are my memes kept?
In a folder on your computer. Only memes you put in a shared binder are sent anywhere — to the /meme sync service, so the other members get them. Nothing else about your library leaves your machine.
Which apps can I drop memes into?
Anything you can paste into: Teams, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, Outlook, Gmail, Word, browsers. GIFs and videos arrive as files, so they keep moving.
What does typing /meme actually do?
/meme notices when you type the trigger at the start of a word and opens the picker. It only watches for that trigger — it doesn't record or send anything you type. You can change the trigger or turn it off in Settings.
Can I save from Reddit?
Reddit blocks apps from reading posts, so use the Save to /meme bookmark (in Settings) on the post, or right-click the picture, Copy image, and press the save shortcut.
Is it free?
Yes. Make as many binders, templates and shared binders as you like.
Mac or Linux?
Not yet — /meme is Windows-only for now.
Why does Windows warn me when I install it?
This early version isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen doesn't recognise it. Choose More info → Run anyway.
